Have you ever wanted to go on an adventure? Me too.

I don't care who you are, or what precisely the adventure is. Are you a bank manager, bored with the rote tasks of your daily life? A 84 year-old grandmother dreaming of doing something outlandish and fantastical before your kids send you to the nursing home? A peasant who has spent the last twelve years of your life mastering the most deadly forms of martial arts in order to avenge your parents, who were murdered by a one-eyed Mongolian warlord? Was your great great grand-uncle an American Civil War general from whom you have inherited a map and a series of cryptic clues that may or may not lead to buried gold? I'm in. I don't care if you don't have a TARDIS or a DeLorean, I am willing to go on a timetravelling journey with you, one second at a time. Ever wondered how supremely awkward it must be for two people with palmar hyperhidrosis to hold hands? Me and my perspiring palms are itching for an adventure into the outer realms of uncomfortable self-consciousness with you. Let's do this thing.

I must admit that I lack a rocket buffalo. Take the image above as a mere suggestion of where the whims of our explorations could very well take us. If you wish to go searching through the Rocky Mountains with me in a quest to find a space bison, I would be interested. No, I will not be providing drugs. Unless you find the euphoria of an epic voyage into the unknown to be as narcotic as I do.

Here's the posesheet I threw together for our Mauryboarding semester final. Little did I know that I could have just spent all of two minutes searching on Google and then printing off a posesheet for an established character. Ah well. This was rushed because at approximately 11:30 on Sunday night I actually looked at the guidelines, went "AT LEAST EIGHT POSES AAAAAAGGGGHHHH!" and then had to draw like four more. Well played, self.

The scapulas are mostly fail because I drew them first and I was like "lol what am i doing" the entire time.

Royal Winter Fair

Here's some stuff from last Friday at the Royal Winter Fair. It was a good time, I befriended an alpaca with ridiculous teeth (I should mention that I bought said friendship with food, as it snubbed me until I did) and ate a bison burger because there were none there to make me feel guilty about feasting on their flesh.

Well, I succeeded in finishing my first animation project on time, thanks to some long weekends and late nights spending some quality time in the animation lab overdosing on Jolt Cola. Let me tell you, guys, this stuff is majorly exciting.

Scintillating, yes? Got you on the edge of your seat? Well then, tune in just a few short weeks from now to be absolutely thrilled by a book page turning and some seaweed swaying in the ocean current. Oh, the places we will go

And for kicks, here's my first assignment from Character Design class.

Why hello thar

And welcome to my blog, which I hope I will use to keep everybody updated with my artistic progress at Sheridan (oh sweet heavens I had better improve). I'm very much looking forward to the semester starting up and diving back into figure drawing, because extra life class is totally sweet, kids. It was like, my largest single activity I did in Art Fundamentals, and I am still not very good.

I have been drawing this summer a lot, so hopefully I haven't fallen too far behind already. I am nervous for the first day of class like I am starting kindergarten all over.
